Miles+Bonus partners with Heathrow Rewards, the loyalty programme that rewards you for everything you do at Heathrow airport. Collect Heathrow Rewards points through shopping, dining, parking, booking train tickets and many more at Heathrow airport and convert them into Miles+Bonus award miles!

Miles+Bonus members that are also Heathrow Rewards members may convert their Heathrow Rewards points into award miles in multiples of 250, at a conversion rate 250 points = 250 award miles.

Notes

• Heathrow Rewards members must be Miles+Bonus members and have the same name on both accounts. 
• Conversion of points is in multiples of 250 Miles+Bonus award miles. Minimum conversion is 250 points with a maximum limit of 10,000 Heathrow Rewards points per day.
• Heathrow Rewards points obtained by conversion into Heathrow Rewards from any other partner airline programme are not eligible for conversion to Miles+Bonus.
• Once points are converted into miles and credited into the Miles+Bonus account of the member, they are instantly available to spend.
• Miles+Bonus award miles will be credited to the Miles+Bonus account of the member within 15 days of the day the conversion of points was requested.
• Once converted Heathrow Rewards points are non-refundable.
