You can also redeem your miles against free stays online! Login to your Miles+Bonus account and submit an online redemption request, at least 2 working days prior to the required date, in accordance with the rates in the following table. Afterwards, the hotel will inform you regarding the acceptance or rejection of your request. In case of request acceptance, the corresponding award miles will be automatically deducted from your account.

All above rates are per room, per night and include breakfast and all taxes, except the accommodation tax fee, per room per night, which must be paid directly from the member to the reception upon check in.
All charges for extra persons as well as any supplementary charge that may arise during the member’s stay at the hotel, are payable by the member upon his/her check-out from the hotel.
